Designed by architect, John Pawson and manufactured by Demeyere, this series of cookware uses walls of stainless steel combined with the heat conducting 7-layer base:InductoSeal. An absence of rivets and screws and the use of cast stainless steel handles and hermetically sealed bases prevent the accumulation of dirt and bacteria to ensure each piece remains hygienic in use. The design and form of the Pawson handles and the unique double-sided lid construction ensures they remain cool to touch under normal stove-top use. The John Pawson series are dishwasher-safe and finished with the Demeyere exclusive Silvinox electrochemical surface treatment.
