All prices on our web site are displayed in Canadian dollars, along with a U.S. conversion. The U.S. conversion prices are there for a guide only, and are not used to calculate the final checkout part of your order. On average, the conversion rate between Canadian and U.S. monies is very slight. The final checkout price that is displayed in Canadian funds is very close to what you will be paying in U.S. funds. Tweed & Hickory tries very hard to insure that any items you may order will be available at the time of your order. However, there may be occasions when an item you have ordered, may be temporarily out of stock.
If this ever happens, we will email you to let you know. We will provide you with details on when your items will be available and sent to you. On most occasions a backordered item will arrive at our online warehouse between 2-5 business days depending on the particular item or supplier. In the unlikely event this backordered period will be a considerable length of time (more than 21 days) we will contact you to ask you what you would like to do. Tweed & Hickory ships orders by Canada Post from Monday to Friday. All orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that same day (depending on stock availability).
All U.S. orders are shipped by Canada Post - U.S.A. Expedited Parcel. Depending on which state you reside, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 5-7 business days. However, for a number of "lower" states (Florida, Texas, Louisiana etc.) shipping times are usually between 6-10 business days. A full tracking number is provided with all orders, allowing you to track your orders progress. All orders, Purolator or Canada Post will have a tracking number assigned to them. Once we have determined we have all items in stock. and the order is fully packaged and sent. We will send you this confirmation email with your tracking number. In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us know. You can either call us TOLL-FREE at 1-888-264-1879 and provide us with your order number. You can also contact us by using our contact form. Please ensure you provide your order number and full name. We will send you a new confirmation email.
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund within 21 days of original purchase.
