Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
2. Place cheese in Village du Gourmet Brie Baker
3. Evenly sprinkle top of Brie/Camembert with contents of the APPLE PECAN packet. Dot with butter. Place Brie Baker (without lid) in centre of preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove form oven (with oven mitts) and put Brie Baker lid back on top to keep cheese warm and soft until ready to serve.
4. Place hot Brie Baker on a serving platter and surround with toasted baguette slices. Remove lid just before serving.
