Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
2. TO PREPARE THE BRIE/CAMEMBERT: Remove top rind of cheese, leaving rind on sides and bottom in tact. Place cheese, cut side up, in Village du Gourmet Brie Baker
3. Put the apricots and seasonings from the BAKED BRIE APRICOT & JALAPENO TOPPINGS packet in a small microwave safe bowl, add rum or brandy. Microwave for approximately 15-20 seconds.
4. Top prepared cheese evenly with the prepared apricot and jalapeno mixture. Place Brie Baker (without lid) in centre of preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove form oven (with oven mitts) and put Brie Baker lid back on top to keep cheese warm and soft until ready to serve.
5. Place hot Brie Baker on a serving platter and surround with toasted baguette slices. Remove lid just before serving.
