Gourmet du Village Baked Hot Pepper Parmesan Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 X 150 g. (5 oz. ) soft unripened goat's milk cheese
  • Contents of the pouch of GOURMET DU VILLAGE HOT PEPPER PARMESAN DIP MIX
  • 225 g (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) full fat yogurt (Mediterranean style)

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
  2. Soften cream cheese in a small bowl. Add remainder of ingredients and stir until well combined.
  3. Transfer to Gourmet du Village dip Baker and bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes. Should be slightly risen and very lightly browned.
  4. Serve with slices of French baguette bread or nacho chips
  5. SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
  6. Add 125 ml (1/2 cup) sliced black olives
  7. Add 30 ml (2 Tbsp) finely diced sun dried tomatoes
  8. Replace cream cheese with soft goat cheese
