Gourmet du Village Baked Parmesan & Artichoke Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • Contents of the pouch of GOURMET DU VILLAGE HOT PARMESAN & ARTICHOKE DIP MIX
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
  • 125 ml (1/2 CUP) sour cream
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice (optional)
  • 1 can (13.75 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp ) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
  2. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, seasonings and lemon juice. Stir in artichoke hearts.
  3. Transfer to a Gourmet du Village dip baker. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in oven until hot, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remainder of the Gruyere cheese. Place under hot broiler for about 1 minute or until top becomes golden brown. Watch carefully so as not to let it burn.
  6. Serve with crusty sourdough bread, French bread, pita chips or crackers.
