Gourmet du Village Hot Crab Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 X 250 g (8 oz) + 1 X 125 g (4 oz) packages cream cheese softened
  • 75 ml (5 tablespoons) real mayonnaise
  • Contents of pouch of HOT CRAB DIP MIX SEASONING

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (175˚ C)
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat and HOT CRAB MIX. Spread mixture into a 1 quart (1 litre) baking dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove baked crab dip from the oven, and stir well.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a heat proof dish or a Gourmet du Village Dip Warmer and serve hot with chunks of bread.
