Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
2. With a sharp knife, cut a star design into the top rind of the cheese. Top with one of our Ready to Serve Baked Brie Toppings (Apricot & Jalapeno, Pear & Rosemary Jelly, Sweet Onion Jam, Maple Walnut or Cranberry & Orange Liqueur).
3. Place cheese in Village du Gourmet Brie Baker.
4. Place Brie Baker (without lid) in centre of preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove form oven (with oven mitts) and put Brie Baker lid back on top to keep cheese warm and soft until ready to serve.
5. Place hot Brie Baker on a serving platter and surround with toasted baguette slices. Remove lid just before serving.
