Gourmet du Village Roasted Garlic, Goat's Cheese & Shrimp Baked Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz (300 g) goat's cheese (soft, unripened)
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) real mayonnaise
  • 125 ml (1/2 CUP) sour cream
  • Contents of the pouch of GOURMET DU VILLAGE ROASTED GARLIC DIP MIX
  • 8 oz (225 g) cooked cocktail shrimp or chopped cooked shrimp

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
  2. In a large bowl, cream together until smooth, the goat's cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream
  3. Add the contents of the packet of Roasted Garlic Seasoning Mix. Mix well. Add shrimp. Mix until just combined, taking care not to break up the shrimp.
  4. Transfer to a Gourmet du Village dip baker.
  5. Bake in oven until hot, approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes, dip should begin to brown on top.
  6. Serve with French bread, pita chips or nachos.
