Gourmet du Village Roasted Red Pepper Cheese Ball

 

Ingredients:

  • Contents of the pouch of GOURMET DU VILLAGE ROASTED RED PEPPER CHEESE BALL SEASONING MIX
  • 225 g (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) mixed Parmesan and Romano shredded cheese
  • Contents of the pouch of Red Pepper Flakes coating

Preparation:

  1. Soften cream cheese. Combine seasoning mix, cream cheese and Parmesan and Romano cheese in food processor or with an electric mixer and blend until all ingredients are well mixed together.
  2. Let chill a bit until slightly hardened and easy to work with.
  3. Form into a ball by emptying mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap, use the plastic wrap to form into a ball and place in refrigerator for a minimum of 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving remove the ball form the refrigerator and coat the ball with the red pepper flake coating with the help of the plastic wrap.
  5. Serve with your favourite crackers or crusty baguette.
