Preparation:

1. Place seasoning mix in Oil bottle, slowly add olive oil, close with cork stopper and shake well.
2. Allow to stand for minimum 30 minutes.
3. Shake again before pouring into individual bowls to serve with your favourite Italian style bread.
4. Store any remaining oil, in a cool, dry place until ready to use again.
