Gourmet du Village Shrimp Dip

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 X 250 g (8 oz) package cream cheese softened
  • 150 ml (2/3 cups) real mayonnaise
  • Contents of pouch of SHRIMP DIP SEASONING
  • 170 ml (6 oz) can cocktail shrimp, rinsed and drained OR chopped up cooked shrimp.

Preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, SHRIMP DIP MIX. Gently fold in the shrimp.
  2. Refrigerate 15 - 20 minutes. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance.
  3. When ready to serve spoon into one of Gourmet du Village Dip Chillers.
  4. Delicious with rice crackers, nachos and crudités
