Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 180˚C (350˚F)
2. Empty contents of BAKED BRIE SUN DRIED TOMATO PESTO & PINE NUTS TOPPINGS packet into a small bowl. Add 30-45 ml (2-3 tbsp) oil to seasoning. Stir until all dry herbs are well moistened, to make a paste-like consistency. Allow to stand for a few minutes while you prepare the cheese.
3. Place cheese in Village du Gourmet Brie Baker. Make several cross cuts on the cheese to make a star-like pattern.
4. Cover Brie or Camembert with the herb mixture. Place Brie Baker (without lid) in centre of preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove form oven (with oven mitts) and put Brie Baker lid back on top to keep cheese warm and soft until ready to serve.
5. Place hot Brie Baker on a serving platter and surround with toasted baguette slices. Remove lid just before serving.
