Littl' Miss Pink

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg white (or 2 tbsp / 25ml pasteurized liquid egg white)
  • 1 cup cranberry cocktail juice
  • 1/4 cup of raspberry cordial or flavoured syrup
  • 2 tsp confectioner's (icing) sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, on high speed. Blend egg white, cranberry juice and raspberry cordial and sugar until smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour into fluted glasses

Additional info: This recipe contains a raw egg. If the food saftey of raw eggs is a concern for you, use the pasteurized egg white instead.
