Tweed & Hickory ships orders Monday to Friday. All orders received by 1:00 p.m. EST will be processed and shipped that same day (depending on stock availability).

Tweed & Hickory uses both Purolator and Canada Post to ship orders. Canadian residents with a full residential address will receive their orders via Purolator. However if a P.O. Box address is used for a shipping address the order will be shipped via Canada Post as Purolator does not ship to P.O. box addresses.

All U.S. orders are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Depending on which state you reside, the shipping times may vary. On average the total shipping time is 4-6 business days. However, for a number of "lower" states (Florida, Texas, Louisiana etc.) shipping times are usually between 6-9 business days. A full tracking number is provided with all orders, allowing you to track your orders progress.

$9.99 Flat Rate Shipping

For a limited time, Tweed & Hickory is shipping all orders to Canadian residents at a flat rate of $9.99 CDN per order. This offer is available to Canadian residential addresses only and is limited to orders that are under a total weight of 10lb. (4.54kg). All total orders over this weight are subject to an additional handling charge of $10.00 per order.

This offer is available to all Canadian and U.S. Residents ( Except Hawaii & Alaska ).

Tracking your Order

All orders, Purolator or Canada Post will have a tracking number assigned to them. Once we have determined we have all items in stock at the time of order and the order is fully packaged and sent, we will send you this confirmation email with your tracking number. In the unlikely event you didn't receive your confirmation email with a number, please let us know. You can either call us TOLL-FREE at 1-888-264-1879 and provide us with your order number. You can also contact us by using our contact form. Please ensure you provide your order number and full name. We will send you a new confirmation email.

Our Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have ordered and received, you may return the item to us for either an exchange or full refund within 21 days of original purchase. Please read terms and conditions below.

Simply, call us TOLL-FREE at 1-888-264-1879 or contact us using our contact form with a full description and reason for your exchange or return.
Then simply return the item* via insured mail either with Canada Post, USPS or a carrier of your choice to the address provided below. Once the item has been returned and received by us, we will contact you by email with information about your exchange or refund.

Alternatively, all orders made online can be returned or exchanged* at any of our store locations. A full copy of of your receipt is required for any exchange or refund in our retail stores. All sale items are final.

* All returned items must be complete, undamaged and unworn and in all the original packaging.
It is the senders responsibility to ensure all returned items are intact and adhere to these conditions.
Exchanges and refunds can only be honored to returned items if these conditions are met. NO EXCEPTIONS.
