Is Filtered water important? Yes, when ever possible you should use filtered water for best results and long life of your brewer.
My brewer won’t prime? Is the brewer in the stand-by mode? Make sure the water reservoir is full and the float is moving freely. Is the pod tray inserted fully? The handle should be in the locked position.
Water is leaking from the pod holder? It is important to place the coffee pod in the centre of the holder with the pillow side down. When you lock the handle down there will be slight pressure. Too much pressure may indicate that you are using a pod with too much volume or the pod is out of position.
There is not enough coffee in the cup?The Sun Café brewer will allow you to custom program each of the volume settings to your personal preference. Please refer to the MY Cup Calibration on page 19 of your owners manual.
Pressed brew button and it doesn’t start? Check LED for info. Is the Ready indictor on? Is the handle in the locked position? Does the water reservoir need to be filled?
The pod handle won’t lock?Is the pod positioned correctly in the holder? Are you using a pod that is designed to fit your brewer?
