This 11 X 17" (28 X 43 cm) griddle is an extra thick oversized commercial cast aluminum which conducts heat fast and evenly. It fits over two burners and is also the perfect size to use as a cookie sheet or for naturally defrosting foods.
All Swiss Diamond cookware is designed by combining real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite. This forms a virtually indestructible non-stick surface that can even stand up to metal utensils.
