This large capacity covered deep stock pot has two side handles. It also has a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover and is perfect for slow simmering for stocks, soups, pastas, vegetables and lobsters. The induction Covered Stock Pot is designed for optimum performance on the induction cooktop.
Induction cookware is made by fusing a magnetic steel alloy to the bottom of the extra thick pressure cast aluminum pan. This creates the optimum magnetic field which transfers heat to the diamond reinforced non-stick interior cooking surface of the pan.
All Swiss Diamond cookware is designed by combining real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite. This forms a virtually indestructible non-stick surface that can even stand up to metal utensils.
Magnetic Induction Cookware is suitable for all cooktops except gas.
Ergonomic handle design, for comfort and balance, oven safe up to 260° C (500° F).
