This covered sauté pan has a large capacity for large jobs around the kitchen plus a cast aluminum helping handle. It has a vented metal-rimmed heat tempered glass cover. This pan is perfect for sautéing and making sauces and it is a great all around sized pan.
All Swiss Diamond cookware is designed by combining real diamond crystals with the non-stick nano composite. This forms a virtually indestructible non-stick surface that can even stand up to metal utensils.
Suitable for all cooktops, including electric, ceramic and gas.
