My Keurig coffee maker stopped working suddenly; I contacted your store on a Monday morning and your representative, Matt, was very courteous and helpful. I was advised to ship the item to your Timmins store, which I did on the Tuesday. By Friday I had already received my new Keurig, Matt having contacted me again in the meantime to let me know it was on the way. I was very pleased and impressed with your quick and courteous service; I will be ordering my K-cups exclusively from your store, and look forward to future transactions with you.
